Terms and Conditions

-The following prices are based on USD dollars and can be paid through Vgen, Ko-fi, and/or PayPal. Any price with a asterisk means it's most likely to change or vary depending on the complication of the piece or because the work being asked for is part of the testing stages.-To avoid scams, payment is expected when commission is accepted and in the sketch phase. This does not include sketch commissions which then payment must be made in full upon commission.-As of right now the only way for me to be contacted is through email. Discord will be mainly by trusted friends/users until further notice.-You will receive 2-3 updates on your piece when progress has been made of each of the following stages when asking for shaded. The days will vary depending on schedule and complexity of the pieces. If you have a deadline you want your piece, please be sure to communicate that through your message.-You have up to 3 revisions you can ask for with no charge, any more may result in further charge depending on complexity and can be asked at any stage.-Unless a specific style is requested, I have the right to experiment and create the pieces in the style I please.-I do have the right to decline commissions and if asked will state the reason. If I was, however, to be harassed, disrespected, or threatened then I have the right to cancel the commission and will refund without further communication. Client must promise not to issue a chargeback without proper communication and reasoning. Dissatisfaction is not a valid reason for requesting a refund as the buyer can discuss any issues before coming to an agreement. Failure to do so will result in being blacklisted.- If planned to use pieces for commercial use it is important to communicate that to discuss more details and prices-I retain ownership, copyright, redistribution, and intellectual of property right, which includes but not limited to advertisement, prints, displays, and posts on social media. If you wish to remain anonymous or have the commission private for a valid reason, please communicate so.- If you plan on posting and crediting the art to social media such as twitter or instagram I will provide a poisoned watermark copy to prevent AI from learning from my work. Please communicate so.You cannot redistribute and upsell the art/png/emotes/etc you have received.Do not repost or credit the art as your own or for NFT/Ai purposes
